Talking honestly about IT pain — a new format from ITA and partners.
On May 24 our partners held the first "IT whining" session and it received very warm feedback. Turns out that honestly talking about work challenges is not only useful, but also brings people together. Now we tried this format within the ITA community.
What we discussed
- •Each participant shares one work-related pain point
- •In response — empathy, support, personal stories, and sometimes solid advice
- •Simple rules: whine honestly, don't interrupt, support each other
For IT professionals who want to talk honestly about workplace challenges in a supportive environment.
