    About ITA

IT Association of Armenia (ITA) is a community-driven IT association bringing together professionals across Armenia and beyond. We collaborate with leading IT companies and industry experts to create meaningful learning and networking experiences.

ITA is a collaborative, community-driven initiative supporting the professional growth of IT specialists across Armenia. ITA aims to foster a dynamic and inclusive ecosystem where professionals can connect, share knowledge, learn from each other, and grow — both locally and globally.

    Who we work for

IT specialists in Armenia and Armenian tech professionals abroad: students, beginners, juniors and career switchers looking for a way into the industry, and experienced professionals who want to share what they know.

    What we do

    • Events. Webinars, masterclasses, hands-on workshops, panel discussions and curated networking sessions. See past events.
    • Research. ITA conducts research on the IT labor market in Armenia — employment trends, salary dynamics and market structure — using open data and real-world insights. IT Labor Market · Job Market Survey 2025.
    • Mentorship. A community-driven, non-profit mentorship initiative for people entering IT, in which ITA acts as connector and facilitator. ITA Mentorship Program.
    • ITA Jobs. A free directory built by ITA to help our community find work in Armenia's tech sector, gathering openings from official employer and academy pages. It covers vacancies, internships and community-reported salaries. It is a reference tool — you always apply on the employer's own page.

    Team and governance

ITA is run by a chairman and board members, with research, design, operations and communications carried by contributors and volunteers. The full team, with names and roles, is listed on the home page.

    Terms of use

IT Association of Armenia is a public organization (non-governmental, non-commercial) registered in the Republic of Armenia. It is not a commercial company, and this site is an informational resource about the organisation and its programmes.

Membership is free. Applying to join, being accepted and taking part in the community carry no membership fee and no financial obligation to ITA. Partnering or collaborating with ITA likewise creates no payment obligation to us, and we do not invoice for participation, listings or introductions.

ITA takes no commission. The mentorship programme is a connector: ITA introduces mentees and mentors and takes no part of anything they may agree between themselves. Where a mentor sets a price, that arrangement is directly between the mentee and the mentor, and ITA is not a party to it. Most events are free to attend; a specialised workshop or conference may occasionally charge to cover its costs, and that is always stated for the event in question.

ITA Jobs is a reference tool. Vacancies are gathered from employers' and academies' own pages. ITA is not the employer, is not a recruitment agency and takes no fee from candidates or employers; applications are made on the employer's own site, under that employer's terms.

Materials on this site — text, research and images — belong to ITA or to the people and organisations credited, and may be quoted with attribution. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; their content and terms are theirs, not ours.

The research published here is provided as information, not as professional, legal or financial advice. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Questions about them go to connect@ita.am.

    Privacy

The organisation responsible for personal data on this site is IT Association of Armenia, Artsakhi Ave., bldg. 6B, Erebuni, 0005 Yerevan, Armenia, reachable at connect@ita.am.

What we collect. Only what you type into a form. The membership form asks for your name, e-mail and, optionally, your field, location and a comment. We use those details to review the application and to reply to you — nothing else. The submission is passed to the internal tool ITA uses to track applications.

Mentorship applications are collected through Google Forms, so what you enter there is processed by Google under Google's privacy terms as well as ours. If you would rather not use a Google form, write to us directly instead.

No tracking. This site runs no analytics, advertising or social tracking scripts, and sets no cookies. Your browser stores a single technical value for this site, used to recover a page that failed to load; it identifies nothing about you and disappears when you close the tab.

Sharing. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to anyone for advertising. It is kept only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was given for.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it, by writing to connect@ita.am.
